Accepted Insurance Plans

We work with a comprehensive range of insurance providers to ensure accessible care for all patients.

ORIGINAL MEDICARE

Tricare Home Health Services Inc. accepts Original Medicare for eligible home health patients. Medicare covers skilled home health services when ordered by a physician and when the patient meets Medicare's homebound and medical necessity criteria.

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE (PPO Plans Only — HMO Plans Not Accepted)

We accept most Medicare Advantage PPO plans. We do not accept HMO plans. Please contact our office to verify current participation, authorization requirements, and eligibility before care begins.

COMMERCIAL INSURANCE

We accept most major commercial insurance plans. Contact our office to confirm your coverage before care begins. If your PPO plan isn't listed, you may still have out-of-network benefits — our team can help check.

 VA / MILITARY PROGRAMS

We are proud to serve veterans and active military families through the following programs. Please contact our office to verify eligibility and authorization requirements.

RPM Program Coverage

Our Remote Patient Monitoring program operates as a separate service line from our skilled home health services. RPM coverage is available exclusively through Texas Medicaid and participating Medicaid managed care plans. 

Note: The plans listed below apply to RPM program participation only and do not reflect standard home health coverage.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas Medicaid where applicable

RPM participation, prior authorization requirements, and patient eligibility can vary by plan, condition, and individual circumstances. Please contact our office to verify current eligibility and program availability before enrollment begins.

Texas Crime Victims' Compensation Program

Tricare Home Health Services Inc. participates in the Texas Crime Victims’ Compensation Program where applicable. If you or a family member may be eligible for services under this program, please contact our office directly to discuss coverage and next steps.
