Home Health Services Inc., you consent to receive text messages related to your care, appointment reminders, care
coordination updates, and general communications about your home health services. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance,
reply HELP or call 210-342-7777.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Tricare Home Health Services Inc. by providing your mobile phone number through one of our website forms and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting START to our designated business number.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
