Clinical Positions

Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients under physician-directed plans of care. Strong assessment, wound care, medication management, and patient education skills valued.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Support skilled nursing visits and patient care under RN supervision. Home health experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Physical Therapist (PT)

Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting with a focus on mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention. Current Texas PT license required.

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Help patients regain independence in daily living activities. Experience with ADL training, home safety evaluation, and adaptive equipment preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provide evaluation and treatment for communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing disorders in the home setting. CCC-SLP preferred.

Medical Social Worker (MSW / LMSW)

Support patients and families with the emotional, social, and practical challenges of managing healthcare at home. Texas licensure required.

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Current HHA certification required.

Non-Clinical Positions

Office and Administrative Staff

We periodically hire for intake, scheduling, billing, and general administrative support roles. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude are essential. Healthcare or home health office experience is a plus.
